They are final here for Downs clash.

LaLiga champions FC Barcelona have announced their travelling squad for the trip to South Africa, where they will face Mamelodi Sundowns on Wednesday. Find out if the likes of Lionel Messi, Andres Iniesta and Philippe Coutinho made it.

The Catalan giants will play the Premier Soccer League side in the clash of the champions on Wednesday at 18h15.

The Blaugrana travel to SA following their first LaLiga defeat of the campaign against Levante on Sunday, for which Messi was rested.

Ernesto Valverde has included Messi in the squad to face Sundowns, along with Luis Suarez and Andres Iniesta.

Here is Barca’s full squad:

Ter Stegen, Cillessen, Semedo, Piqué, Rakitic, Sergio, Denis, Iniesta, Suárez, Messi, Dembélé, Coutinho, Paulinho, Alcácer, Jordi Alba, Digne, Sergi Roberto, André Gomes, Aleix Vidal,  Yerry Mina, Aleñá (26), R. de Galarreta (40) i J. Cuenca (41)

Only the injured Samuel Umtiti and Thomas Vermaelen stayed behind in Barcelona.

The squad had one final training session on Tuesday evening before heading towards SA. Messi, though, was working in isolation and it remains to be seen whether he will play against Sundowns.

This is the second time Downs and Barca will face each other, after the Spaniards beat the PSL champions 2-1 in a friendly back in 2007.
