19 year old Sundowns goalkeeper has been sent on the loan.

A young Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper has been sent on loan for the 2018/19 season.

According to sources, young Khulekani Kubheka has joined Cape Umoya United in the National First Division for the 2018/19 season.

The 19-year-old, who recently signed a new contract extension with Sundowns, is expected to be a good acquisition for coach Roger de Sa at the Mother City outfit.

Meanwhile, the Mother City club currently also acquired Yanga Baliso and Yusuf Maart on loan from Orlando Pirates. De Sa is keen on guiding the team back to the PSL, following their relegation to the NFD while they were still known as Platinum Stars and based in the North West.

The next match for the Cape side will be against Richards Bay FC at the Cape Town Stadium on September 17.

The team is 10th on the log with only three points from three matches.
