Kaizer Chiefs continue their pre-season camp north of Pretoria, and have given a look inside their preparations for the 2019/20 season…
The Glamour Boys have just a couple of days left at Camp Discovery before heading out to Botswana to face Township Rollers, and Ernst Middendorp will be hoping to make things count ahead of what will be their first official friendly game.
New signings such as Lazarous Kambole, James Kotei and Samir Nurkovic are all with the side, and the club shared an image showing that their newest recruit, Kearyn Baccus, is also present.
A number of young players like Karabo Molefe and Sizwe Twala, also travelled with the team to Hammanskraal as they prepare for the season ahead, and Middendorp has already shown that he is eager to bring down the average age of the side by using the likes of Happy Mashiane and Nkosingiphile Ngcobo last time out.
Meanwhile, 23-year-old defender, Yagan Sasman, is training with the side after leaving Ajax Cape Town, with the club assessing him ahead of a possible move to Naturena for next season.
Camp Discovery confirmed recently that the club would remain in their facilities until July 19, with the team set to take on Rollers on July 20 in Gaborone.
